Scientific studies have established the many health benefits of yoga. There is a common perception that yoga is only for young or fit individuals. However, with appropriate guidance, yoga can be accessible and beneficial to everyone. I am a registered 200-hr Kripalu Yoga Teacher (RYT).

*Currently, I have no classes or individual sessions available, but patients seen for medical management have the added benefit of learning yoga practices which may be right for them.
